This position is at the heart of our administration/operations, supporting our design team and serving as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors. Every day brings new challenges, from coordinating logistics to smoothing over issues with tact and empathy. You’ll keep projects on track, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure both our team and clients feel supported.
ResponsibilitiesPre-Sale Support
- Assist kitchen designers with site meetings and documentation
- Help prepare materials for client presentations
- Place and track cabinet orders with manufacturers
- Track ship dates and coordinate delivery schedules
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Meet deliveries on-site
- Resolve customer service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Place and follow up on replacement or warranty orders
- Empathetic & Client-Focused – Naturally tuned in to people’s needs, with the ability to diffuse tension and keep everyone at ease
- Hyper-Organized – Able to juggle multiple priorities without letting details slip
- Proactive & Energetic – Doesn’t wait for problems to arise; takes initiative to anticipate and resolve them
- “Pleaser” Mentality – Motivated by keeping clients and colleagues happy, with a strong service mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM tools)
- Experience in design/construction related field – BUT NOT mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
