Over the past 68 years, Sessler Wrecking has grown into one of the largest turn-key Building, Bridge, & Industrial Demolition specialists in the country. We are seeking a candidate to provide support across all divisions of Sessler Wrecking. This opportunity will be working in an exciting and high-growth environment, focusing on Project Management. This is an in-person position.

Sessler Wrecking’s corporate headquarters is in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York.

Job Overview

The Assistant Project Coordinator will work closely with and be integral to all areas of operations, including day-to-day project management activities, vendor coordination, permitting, compliance scheduling, and employee timesheet tracking.

  • Coordinate with vendors and transportation service providers to provide the best rates and services
  • Prepare and update the weekly Operations Meeting agenda and resource schedule
  • Obtain required permits and approvals to support logistics and project needs
  • Administrative support to all areas of operations
  • Manage registrations, licenses, and insurance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Review and process driver and shop timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
  • Maintain and update employee license and certification logs on a weekly basis
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • $45,000-$65,000
  • Medical & Dental Plan Available.
  • Supplemental Insurance Benefits Available.
