As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to executives with complex organizational responsibilities, enabling them to operate effectively. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle travel arrangements and logistics with precision. Working closely with Workplace colleagues onsite and virtually, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships and deliver seamless support through exceptional organization, sound judgment, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Be readily available to support client/customers, learning, community, and events as well as support Workplace functions defined locally or by your geography and local leadership.
- Prepare non‑routine correspondence for executive signature, ensuring brand compliance and proofreading for consistency, grammar, and spelling.
- Compile, process, and analyze data based on research objectives and produce reports.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning team, handling logistics and follow‑up correspondence.
- Coordinate work with third‑party suppliers—both internal and external—to address support needs on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange conference calls, video and data conferences for global audiences.
- Assist with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks/*.e.g., locate and complete standard Accenture forms, provide invoicing and accounts reconciliation support, maintain voicemail/email distribution lists, manage time and expense reports.
- Keep current and be knowledgeable on Accenture’s tools and technology, educating executives on new and existing processes.
- Develop relationships with executives’ clients and their Executive Support Associates.
- Record and monitor work requests into the tracking tool timely, according to local guidelines.
- May coordinate the activities of other Executive Support Associates/Analysts, assigning tasks formally and regularly.
- Anticipate travel needs and independently coordinate complex arrangements, often involving multiple changes and destinations; support documentation (itineraries, visa/passport procedures).
- May prepare draft proposals and presentations with direction from the executive and support from other individuals or service departments.
- May review and sort paper‑based and electronic mail, identifying required action.
- May provide telephone support, answering calls promptly and courteously, acting as the executive’s organizations to handle calls independently.
- May maintain contact and email distribution lists.
- A minimum of 3 years of Executive Support experience.

Compensation varies across locations and depends on role, skill set, and experience. Hourly salary ranges:
- California: $21.97–$49.57
- Cleveland: $20.34–$39.66
- Colorado: $ HOR–$42.84
- District of Columbia: $23.37–$45.63
- Illinois: $20.34–$42.84
- Maryland: $21.97–$42.84
- Massachusetts: $21.97–$45.63
- Minnesota: $21.97–$42.84
