Responsibilities- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Plan in‑house or off‑site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
- High school diploma
- Very good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Familiarity with definição de office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- 3 - 5+ years of experience working as an Administrative and/or Workplace Specialist
- Experience with employee engagement, event planning, inventory management, ticketing system, and hospitality
- Experience handling vendor management (including construction) and office moves
- Experience using Slack & Google Suite
- Self‑starter who has high attention to detail and takes initiative
- Someone who has worked in the Tech/SaaS space would be highly preferred
$40 - $45 /hour Pay Rate
