Role PurposeThe Corporate Communications team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Communications Officer and SVP, Internal Communications, as well as provide additional project support throughout the team. The position will be based out of New York, NY.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the Chief Communications Officer and SVP, Internal Communications, and help support other Executives on the team as needed.
- Provide professional phone coverage.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordinate internal and external meetings, video conferencing, conference calls, and other activities as required.
- Help keep executives on schedule for meetings.
- Coordinate travel agendas and arrangements, remember individual preferences, and create detailed travel itineraries.
- Complete and submit all expenses through the Concur system.
- Book conference rooms on the floor and in the building for team meetings and high‑volume events.
- Process all invoices in SNAP, set up new vendors, and manage all payments to external partners.
- Coordinate catering for all events and larger team meetings.
- Research and assist with additional projects as required.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Handle general office and administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or equivalent role, supporting Senior Level Executives.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to successfully multi‑task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- High level of integrity and the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven media environment.
- Flexible, dependable, and results‑oriented.
- Solid attention to detail and follow‑up.
- Extremely organized and efficient.
- Interest in Communications is a plus, but not required.
This position has been designated as hybrid
, which currently requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
