Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar and Schedule Management:
    Efficiently manage the Leader’s calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Coordination:
    Plan and oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for the Leader, ensuring seamless logistics by coordinating with the right teams.
  • Communication:
    Act as the primary point of contact for the Leader, managing correspondence with Customer’s Offices, drafting communications, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings. Ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked and completed.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Problem Solving:
    Handle challenges and ambiguity with a solution-focused mindset, ensuring the Leader’s priorities are met.
  • Project Support:
    Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Leader.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
