Role OverviewThe Communications Coordinator is a vital role within the agency and is instrumental in supporting the team execute communication plans on behalf of their designated clients. With at least 1 year experience they are well organized and have excellent attention to detail and drive efficiencies across the team, ensuring the smooth running of the press office function.
Responsibilities- Support to account lead and wider team, with timely management of account actions and account admin to deliver BIC client service
- Responsibility for client coverage report and client coverage updates
- Efficient, clean and tidy account admin including client facing admin (i.e. reporting, coverage updates) and internal admin (inventory trackers and management, coverage trackers and organized server folders)
- Set agendas for the account team to ensure client calls are organized and have key areas of topic
- Take minutes on any client calls and meetings and deliver back to the account team
- Great written and verbal presentation skills, supporting press office proposals and delivering client updates/proposals as part of client calls and meetings
- Management of press and influencer mailers and seeding programs to a high standard
- Contribution to SEEN media contact list, ensuring it is up to date on daily basis and proactively updating with editorial shifts/news
- Responsibility to create and maintain external supplier/vendor lists, ensuring they are inclusive, relevant and cost effective
- Contribution, alongside senior team, to earned and paid for influencer identification and content reviews
- Management of expenses for your team where appropriate, ensuring they are on time and any PO’s have been raised accurately
- Day to day management of interns, managing workloads and priorities each week and supporting and guiding them on assigned tasks
- Be the go-to across the SEEN agency, offering support to the senior team with SEEN related tasks
- Share articles of interest with the wider team to continue beauty knowledge and relevance
- Contribution to SEEN’s social team to ensure they are kept up to date on client news and content opportunities
