Facilities and Level 1 Technology Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Facilities and Level 1 Technology Coordinator for the 1290 Avenue of the Americas office of Equitable Advisors’ Greater New York Branch. Reporting directly to the Complex Operations Manager, this individual will be the key point of contact for all building facilities, building access and invoice processing, as well as providing Level-1 technology support.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for all building facilities interactions, including facilities maintenance and access and office improvements.
  • Oversight and management of support technologies, including equipment, replacements and daily supplies support (Computers, Printers, Wi‑Fi and hard‑wire network support).
  • Oversight of all conference facilities and office connectivity.
  • Manage outside vendor onboarding and invoice processing support.
  • Manage office and building electronic badge access for all office personnel.
  • Provide Level‑1 technology support for computer and peripheral equipment, system access and mobile connection, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.

The base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $80,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Facilities management experience
  • Strong technical skill
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to articulate and simplify complicated items and concepts
Key Skills
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
  • Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to align capabilities with business goals.
