A growing real estate company is seeking an Office Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of various property and office-related projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations while managing timelines, schedules, documentation, and communications across multiple teams and vendors.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and experienced in handling fast-paced projects, particularly within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating and supporting real estate and office project planning and execution
Managing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Maintaining accurate documentation and project records
Serving as the communication bridge between internal teams, clients, and external vendors
Assisting with resource allocation and tracking project budgets
Monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in real estate operations or project coordination preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
