Our client, a premier real estate investment management company based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team!
The position is a 6–month hybrid, contract role, working 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday). Their beautiful office is located in Midtown, Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities- Perform administrative tasks for the HR team such as scheduling meetings, registering guests, ordering supplies, completing expense reports, and processing vendor payments.
- Coordinate recruitment activities (e.g., scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking applicants, and travel arrangements).
- Coordinate logistics with appropriate parties for new hire, transfer, and termination announcements.
- Utilize Workday to process all HSCM Core, Recruiting, and Onboarding tasks (e.g., coordination of HR initiative logistics).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree in applicable field is required.
- At least 2 years of corporate office support experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday HRIS.
- Experience with Coupa and Concur is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines effectively.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive, self-starter, team player with a positive attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour, based on experience.
