$110-130k base DOE + paid OT eligible + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
A globally renowned investment firm in Midtown EAST is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a senior Partner and team. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious EA that thrives working in a fast-paced environment that values integrity and encourages team collaboration.
Seeking an EA with 7+ of experience in finance and LONGEVITY is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be a very motivated self-starter who will carry out duties in a well-organized and timely manner.
Typical hours are 8:30am-5:30pm – 4 days in office/1 day remote, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities- Handling complex calendar management across timezones
- Booking domestic and international travel arrangements, handling itineraries + visas, ground transportation, accommodations
- Receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings + anticipating all requirements for the meetings, which include but aren’t limited to presentation needs, scouting venues, and catering
- Special projects as needed
- 7+ years of EA experience in finance/professional services
- Microsoft Office Expert!
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
- Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work diligently
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
