Location: New York

Hudson Valley Regional Residential Property Management Company is seeking an energetic, experienced Assistant Manager/Administrative Assistant for a centralized leasing department focused on LIHTC apartment communities throughout the Hudson Valley region. The candidate we are seeking must be a “take charge” and “make things happen” type of Manager with strong analytical skills. Experience with LIHTC Program a plus. Full-time including benefits.

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting (debits and credits);
  • Superior attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

We are a technology-driven company, so experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required;
Yardi experience would be a plus.
