A top boutique law firm is looking for a temp to perm Administrative Assistant!
Hours:
9am-5pm
Hybrid- 4 days in office
Location:
Midtown, Manhattan
Rate: $25-28/hr temp and 70K+ when perm
Responsibilities- Secretarial and administrative support (answering phones, scheduling, and office organization)
- Office and inventory management
- Correspondence with building management for maintenance purposes
- Coordinate tech support and tech maintenance
- Assistance with firm events
- Incoming and outgoing mail management
- Attorney travel booking
- Maintain and update the contacts database
- Assistance with office document filing and record-keeping
- Invoice and expense support
- Associates' or Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise with MS Office, Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent organization skills
- Effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Able to work as a team with attorneys
- Strong sense of discretion
