Overview
Our client, a global Real Estate asset manager with over $600 billion in assets under management and a 120-year history, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple legal executives. The position is based on site in downtown Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a prestigious company that offers fantastic benefits and potential for growth

- Provide general administrative assistance to multiple executives
- Manage calendars and meeting schedules in Outlook
- Coordinate extensive meeting details and logistics
- Manage travel and itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Manage legal timekeeping, billing, and invoicing
- Coordinate signatures for contracts and other legal documents
- Salary: $70-80k per year, depending on experience
- Excellent benefits package includes health insurance and 401k
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years’ Administrative experience, with preferred background in legal, finance, or other professional services
- Highly proficient in MS Word and Outlook calendar management
- Experience with expense management software, such as Concur
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great eye for detail and sharp proofreader
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
