Front Desk Coordinator – Boutique Dental Office in NYC

Who You Are:
Experienced in dental front desk roles (preferred), or a dental assistant ready to transition to an administrative position
Friendly, professional, and polished with strong communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple priorities
Comfortable with scheduling, patient coordination, and insurance billing
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and make them feel at home
Manage the daily schedule and appointment confirmations
Assist with insurance claims and patient inquiries
Keep our front office running smoothly and efficiently
