We’re seeking a polished, service-driven Lead Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and deliver an exceptional client and visitor experience. This role blends hands‑on reception work with team leadership and coordination across office, facilities, and security functions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, schedule, train, and support a team of receptionists
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees
  • Manage daily front desk operations, phones, and inquiries
  • Act as a communication hub across internal teams and external visitors
  • Support administrative tasks, office coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Maintain strong security awareness and follow access protocols
What We’re Looking For
  • 2‑3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading others in a fast‑paced, professional environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
  • Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and client‑focused
