$85,000.00/yr - $/yr

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: On-site 5 days/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client, a boutique investment bank in New York City, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support firm leadership and oversee daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in financial services who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment!

Responsibilities
  • Executive & Administrative Support:
    • Provide direct administrative support to firm leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and corporate access
    • Coordinate and confirm meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Serve as the main point of contact for internal communications and scheduling across the firm
  • Office Management:
    • Manage daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-run environment
    • Oversee vendor relationships, coordinate with building management, and track service needs
    • Partner with IT for troubleshooting and equipment setup
    • Coordinate team meetings, conference calls, and firmwide events
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience supporting financial professionals, ideally within investment banking
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in managing professional correspondence and stakeholder engagement
  • Work Ethic: Highly responsive, dependable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
