Senior Digital & Creative Recruiter Specializing in Advertising & Marketing sWe’re working with a prestigious client in the legal sector to find a polished and professional Facilities & Conference Center Coordinator for an on-site freelance opportunity. This role supports a satellite conference center within a high-end corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting spaces (set out snacks, coffee, water, etc.)
- Set up AV and computer equipment as needed
- Monitor and maintain general facility needs (replace light bulbs, coordinate minor repairs, handle heating/water issues, etc.)
- Stock and organize pantry supplies
- Break down and clean up meeting rooms post-use
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a professional, client-facing environment
- Strong organizational skills and calendar awareness
- Comfort handling light facilities tasks and AV setups
- Clear communication and a high level of polish
