A Typical Day

You will help others and make a direct impact on clients’ lives. You will be a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist focused on wow‑ing clients now and in the future.

Requirements – It Would Be Even Better If You Also Had
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales or marketing experience
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule appointments as clients prefer
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
