Front Desk Dental Receptionist – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Are you a friendly, upbeat, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our busy dental office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can greet every patient with a smile and keep our front office running smoothly—even when the phones are ringing off the hook!

What We’re Looking For:

A people person with a warm, professional demeanor

Fluent in English and Spanish—spoken and written (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BILINGUAL)

Able to manage heavy in-person and phone traffic (4-5 lines at a time)

Calm under pressure, with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Experience in a dental or medical office is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer multiple phone lines efficiently and courteously

Manage patient flow

Basic front office tasks

Be the go-to person for creating a welcoming and stress-free environment
