A thriving investment management business is looking for a super‑organised individual to step in and help keep the engine running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting busy stakeholders with high‑volume diary management, calendar coordination, and spreadsheet‑driven organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone from an EA, PA, or administrative background who enjoys being relied upon, takes pride in precision, and wants exposure to the financial markets in a professional, fast‑moving environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing complex, high‑volume diaries for senior stakeholders
  • Organising meetings, room bookings, and calendars with absolute accuracy
  • Using Excel and spreadsheets daily to track, organise, and support workflows
  • Acting as a calm, organised presence in a busy office environment
What we’re looking for
  • Very strong confidence in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
  • Proven experience managing diaries, calendars, and appointments
  • A highly organised, detail‑driven approach
  • A genuine interest in working within financial services / investment management
  • Comfortable working five days a week in the office
