About Confido Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick‑and‑mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. We have best‑in‑class growth, efficiency, and we’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.
Location: New York, NY.
Compensation: $85,000.00 and $ + Benefits + Equity (.03% - .05%). We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to serve as both the operational backbone of our NYC office and support our CEO. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to have immediate, visible impact on company culture and executive productivity as we scale.
You will report to the CEO.
- Office Management (50%):
- Own the day‑to‑day operations of our NYC office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment
- Manage office logistics including supplies, vendors, equipment, and space planning as we grow
- Coordinate team events, all‑hands meetings, and office social activities that strengthen our culture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, IT support, and service vendors
- Manage office budget and track expenses
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Onboard new hires with seamless office setup and orientation
- Executive Support (50%):
- Help manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate travel
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and time‑sensitive information with discretion
- Take on other special projects that support the CEO's strategic priorities
- 2+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or operations roles (startup experience a plus)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and problem‑solve proactively
- Proficiency with standard office tools, expense management tools, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise excellent judgment
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
