Overview

The receptionist/office manager is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Phone coverage (screen and route calls)
  • Greet visitors and guests
  • Maintain conference room calendar and help manage seating charts for the office
  • Maintain the reception desk, closet and hallways – tidy and stocked
  • Receive, sort and distribute USPS Mail/Fed Ex/UPS/Courier deliveries
  • Assist with ground transportation for guests, when necessary
  • Ad hoc research and clerical projects, word processing/data entry
  • Assist in ordering supplies for the office
  • Assist in inventory of and ordering of supplies for the office
  • Overtime coverage for once monthly office dinners until 9:00 p.m.
  • Reconciliation of office credit card statements
Qualifications
  • 1+ years in a receptionist or administrative role required
  • High level of professional conduct
  • Ability to interact with and assist all levels of employees and visitors
  • Ability to work in a confidential nature
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills, including Excel proficiency
  • General analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Business Professional dress attire
Preferences
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$85,000.00. Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a wide range of factors considered in making the compensation decision, including, but not limited to, candidate skills, experience, education and training, the scope and responsibilities of the role, as well as market and business considerations.
