Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting

BPM Supreme is a leading DJ music service providing licensed music to DJs worldwide. As the company continues to grow and expand into new ventures within music technology and creative industries, we are seeking aPart-Time In-House Accountantto help manage day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. This role will work closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records, support monthly financial reporting, and help ensure clean accounting practices as the company evolves.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accountant to support our internal finance operations on apart-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This role will oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial organization across several related entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple entities, intercompany transactions, and growing businesses.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records across multiple entities
• Manage monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial close and reporting
• Track and categorize expenses properly within Quick Books
• Monitor accounts payable and ensure vendor payments are properly recorded
• Support intercompany accounting between related businesses
• Assist leadership with financial reporting and budget tracking
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and compliance
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit readiness.

• 3–7+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with leadership
• Experience in startups, creative businesses, or small companies is a plus.

Part-Time Role

Approximately
15–25 hours per week

Hourly Range:

$45–$65 per hour depending on experience.
