Senior Corporate Accountant

A rapidly growing $5Bn private equity firm is seeking an Accountant to join its corporate finance team. This is a hands‑on role supporting the firm’s management company and corporate entities during a period of significant expansion. This is an opportunity to step into a high‑visibility seat within a lean, build‑oriented environment where you will touch all aspects of corporate accounting and help scale infrastructure alongside the firm’s continued growth

• Own day‑to‑day accounting for the management company and related corporate entities
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable, expense allocations, and intercompany transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
• Support partner compensation accounting and related reporting
• Coordinate with tax advisors and external auditors
• Help enhance processes, controls, and reporting as the firm continues to scale

• CPA required
• 3–5 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting
• Experience with management company or corporate accounting preferred (private equity exposure a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAPHands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a lean environment
• High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously
