Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

A well-known organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing / fabrication / production environment. This role will oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory controls, and ERP optimization across multiple sites.

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Manage and improve job costing processes within a production environment
• Oversee multi-site inventory accounting and controls
• Ensure accurate standard costing and inventory valuation
• Partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance and cost efficiencies
• Lead or support ERP system transitions / upgrades
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Manage and mentor accounting team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments required
• Strong background in job costing and cost accounting
• Experience managing accounting for multi-site inventory operations
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations or transitions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
