Accounts Payable Consultant

Our client is looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Consultant to support their finance team with a high-volume AP project.

Compensation: $21-$26/hour based off experience/resume

Duration: 4 month MINIMUM, could extend or go full-time

Location: remote NEEDS to reside EST time zone

• 1 or more years in an AP/accounting support role
• high level Excel experience (VLOOKUPS + Pivot Tables)

• Process high-volume AP invoices with accuracy and speed.
• Enter, code, and route invoices using Quick Books and Epicor ERP
  .
• Maintain clean data entry and ensure all documentation is properly captured.
• Perform basic to intermediate Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  .
• Support reconciliations, vendor inquiries, and payment status follow-ups.
• Communicate with internal teams via Teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist leadership in maintaining workflow efficiency.

• 1+ years of AP or accounting support experience
• Experience with Quick Books required;
  Epicor ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills - must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables.
• High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, pivot quickly, and manage a high-volume workload.
