Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Pittsford

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Pittsford, New York. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to manage financial operations and contribute to the smooth administration of office tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid background in bookkeeping and office management.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of accounts receivable, including tracking payments and maintaining records.

- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

- Oversee office administration tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Prepare and issue client billing statements with accuracy and efficiency.

- Perform collection calls to follow up on outstanding payments.

- Code invoices accurately and maintain proper documentation for financial records.

- Assist in organizing and streamlining administrative processes within the office.

- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations in all bookkeeping activities. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

- Strong skills in billing and invoice coding.

- Solid background in office administration and management.

- Ability to perform collection calls professionally and effectively.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and tools.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
