A fast-growing back office is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager with strong healthcare facility accounting experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands SNF/Assisted Living financial operations and wants to grow within a leadership-driven, high-performance environment.
Requirements:
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) accounting experience
- Assisted Living facility accounting experience
- Full-time, on-site availability in Five Towns
- Ability to oversee financial operations and accounting processes
- Strong work ethic, ambition, and initiative
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
- Experience managing healthcare-related financials
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Intacct experience
