Well-established real estate investment firm with a $10B+ national portfolio is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to be responsible for a portfolio of mixed‑use properties.
Hours:
9-5
WFH on Fridays
Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements on an accrual basis for multifamily and mixed‑use properties
- Prepare monthly work papers and reporting packages
- Interface with investors and lenders
- Maintain cash forecast model and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budget preparation and review
- Assist in year‑end audit process
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Audit and/or accounting experience in real estate
- Knowledge of Yardi, MRI or similar software is preferred
