Accountant Securitization

Overview

As Senior Accountant, your main responsibilities will be :

• Managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish holding and securitization companies
• Being the first point of contact for clients to deal with accounting and reporting matters
• Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
• Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis
• Supporting tax consulting firms in the preparation of VAT and tax returns
• Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders' meetings
• supervising and coaching of junior accountants
• Liaising closely with tax specialists, audit firms and lawyers

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 4 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg
• French & English are mandatory for the role
• Strong knowledge of national accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• You have a sound understanding of securitization vehicles
