Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits, financial statements, and internal reviews.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as needed.
• Help develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls as the company scales.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams to provide timely financial insights.
• Participate in system implementations and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (public or corporate).
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
