Accounting Assistant

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Cold Spring Harbor, NY. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, reconciling bank accounts, accounts payables, accounts recivabkea and producing backup for financial statements. The role also includes assisting with general accounting duties, managing bookkeeping tasks, and working with accounting software to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Collaboration with the finance team and other departments will be an integral part of daily activities.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Familiarity with Accounting and Finance principles
• Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
• Strong skills in Bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
