Accounts Receivable Specialist

is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships by owning the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle—from billing and cash application to collections and dispute resolution.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing transactional work with customer communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Generate and distribute customer invoices, statements, and dunning letters
• Apply cash receipts and credit card payments accurately and on time
• Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on past-due balances
• Conduct collection outreach while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve customer disputes
• Support AR reporting and month-end close activities
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve account issues
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and workflows

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience with Oracle and procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, DSSI)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in a high-volume or complex AR environment

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $72,000 yearly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
