CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with our client in their search for an organized, detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their team. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business growth. This position focuses on core daily accounting functions and offers a path to develop tax-related skills.
100% Remote-Eastern Time Zone
Responsibilities- Oversee invoice processing and payments
- Reconcile banking and credit card accounts and monitor transactions
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close
- Help with financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting tasks
- Organize supporting documentation and assist with audits
- Contribute to process improvements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experienced in accounting, especially with Quick Books Online
- Skilled at handling AP/AR and account reconciliations
- Attentive to details and highly organized
- Clear and effective communicator
- Comfortable working independently or with a team

Compensation: $70K-$100K
