We are seeking a Staff Accountant for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with a growing organization. This role will support day‑to‑day accounting operations and assist with month‑end close activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across general ledger and transactional accounting functions in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities may include:- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assisting with month‑end close activities
- Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Supporting expense reporting and other ad hoc accounting needs
- Working within an ERP system and related accounting tools
- 2–5+ years of staff or general ledger accounting experience
- Experience supporting month‑end close
- Strong reconciliation and journal entry experience
- Comfortable handling a blended accounting role across AP, AR, and GL
