About the RoleAsseta is seeking an Accounting Solutions Consultant to report to our CEO. You’ll play a critical role in helping our family office clients modernize their accounting operations through our platform. This is a client-facing position that combines the analytical rigor of accounting with the relationship-driven mindset of customer success.

2+ years of experience, CPA Certification
Location:

Partner with new clients during onboarding to understand their accounting workflows, reporting structures, and system requirements.
Configure and implement the company’s accounting platform to align with each family office’s financial processes and internal controls.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on accounting best practices, helping clients optimize their chart of accounts, consolidation, and reporting setup.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into software enhancements and feature requests.
Qualifications2-5 years of experience in public accounting, financial operations, or accounting systems implementations. CPA required.
Deep understanding of GAAP principles, consolidations, reporting, and family office accounting workflows .
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, Sage Intacct, or similar)— implementation experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate accounting concepts into plain language for clients and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple implementations or client engagements simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction.
Family office experience preferred

Expected salary range of $100,000-$130,000 plus eligibility in employee equity plan
