• Responsible for preparing and reviewing the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including filings on Forms 10Q, 10K and 8K and other public documents such as earnings releases, investor conference presentations, and proxy statements.
• Responsible for handling complex accounting issues and transactions for proper U.S. GAAP treatment on an as needed basis.
• Manage the annual 401(K) plan financial statements.
• Manage the accounting for stock-based compensation, including monthly reporting; monthly payroll related reporting; equity awards database maintenance and option fair-value calculation.
• Manage one senior accountant.

• CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required
• 6-8 years mix of public and private experience
• Experience in a public accounting firm working with Fortune 500 public companies
• Private experience must involve SEC Reporting responsibilities for a public company
• Experience in XBRL filing and stock-based compensation is a plus
