Tax Manager; Family Office

A prestigious Family Office is creating a new Manager position in a hybrid role that will handle the tax compliance and accounting of the family’s activity. The firm offers competitive salary, great working environment and work/life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review individual, corporate, partnership, foundation and other tax returns pertaining to the family members
• Quarterly financial statement preparation/review for the investment activity
• Creating cash flows statements and budgets
• Review monthly closing journal entries and schedules for the Firm and its subsidiaries
• Review vendor invoices for payment and ensure proper coding and allocations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience preparing/reviewing individual tax returns (1040), preferably high net worth.
• Experience with partnership, corporate, foundation tax preferred
• 6-10 years of experience
