Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $/yr
Boutique and award winning NYC Architecture design firm looking for a Bookkeeper who can work directly with the Principal in a collaborative environment. The right person will have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience within the architecture, interior design or engineering industry.
Responsibilities- Assistant with AP/AR
- Time collection, review and invoicing
- Expense processing, payment
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Assisting in year-end closeout
- Payroll support
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of applicable experience
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and strong problem solving skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite of programs
This is Full time in office with some flexibility for remote.
