We are seeking a hands‑on Controller to serve as the trusted right hand to our Finance leader. This individual will be an experienced professional who can provide guidance, take ownership of critical accounting functions, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.

$63.00/hr - $72.00/hr

• Accounting Operations
  • Oversee and execute core accounting duties, including:
    • Completing reconciliation projects
    • Preparing and posting journal entries
    • Managing and reviewing audit‑related items and processes
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team, providing direction and support as needed
• Payroll Management
  • If mutually agreed upon, assume responsibility for processing payroll
• Systems
  • Utilize Great Plains for accounting and ADP Workforce Now for payroll functions

• Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit processes
• Ability Song to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Hands‑on approach with a willingness to dive into details
• Familiarity with Great Plains and ADP Workforce Now preferred
