The Senior Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. In this role you will be expected to fully learn and understand our accounting system and procedures so to be situated for growth opportunities. This includes:

• Maintain General Ledger, monthly closing and financial reporting
• Assist with annual audit and other regulatory reporting, including taxes..
• Take significant responsibility for FP&A.

The Senior Accountant aspires to grow with the company and assume management responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting (construction/cost accounting a plus).
• Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
