Ascendo Resources is working with a growing residential property management organization.

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily AR operations, maintain accurate tenant ledgers, and provide excellent customer service to residents and internal teams. This role requires strong Yardi experience and a detail-oriented, hands‑on approach.

• Post rent payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate tenant ledgers in Yardi
• Reconcile bank accounts and security deposit accounts monthly
• Process move‑outs, renewals, and subsidy‑related documentation
• Prepare and distribute AR delinquency and aging reports
• Track Section 8 and other subsidy payment suspensions
• Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding ledger issues
• Coordinate with management teams and attorneys as needed
• Assist with year‑end audit preparation
• Support additional accounting tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of AR or accounting experience
• Experience with tax‑credit or affordable housing programs is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Compensation: $75k – $85k
