My client is a Private Equity backed, vertically integrated real estate development, brand and design firm specializing in the acquisition and transformation of historic luxury iconic properties. In this role you'll lead financial operations and efficiently manage a portfolio of real estate development projects.

Position is also flexible to be titled Senior Project Accountant, qualifying skills and experience depending

• Full cycle accounting for portfolio of real estate development projects (commercial and multifamily)
• Financial reports, month-year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries
• Monitor and manage all project costs and project cash flows
• Consolidate internal and external financial ledgers, intercompany account reconciliations
• Collaborate with external auditors, conduct financial analysis of real estate development projects

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• 3+ years of real estate development/project accounting experience
• Prior public accounting experience (preferred) ideally with real estate clients focus

• Versatile, dynamic projects exposure and ability to really OWN the process
• Take part in various executive meetings, give insights and be exposed to all areas of the business decision making
• High-level visibility with partners and executives daily - dynamic and impactful open floorplan providing extensive collaboration opportunities
