We’re seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our growing tax practice. This role offers meaningful ownership of client engagements, the opportunity to mentor junior staff, and exposure to complex, high-impact tax work, without sacrificing team support or work quality.

• Take ownership of complex and high-profile tax engagements
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, high-caliber team
• Gain exposure to business development, networking, and firm growth initiatives

• 4+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of tax matters
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and budgets
• Experience supervising and developing staff
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and client-facing presence
• Proficiency in Excel, Quick Books, and related accounting software

• Prepare and review technically sound tax work with minimal supervision
• Plan, manage, and execute engagements from start to finish
• Supervise, coach, and review work of staff and seniors
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling
• Participate in networking and community involvement activities
• Uphold firm policies, procedures, and professional standards
