Our client, a well-regarded law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team in Manhattan, NY. This hybrid role reports to the Billing Supervisor and offers a collaborative, professional work environment with strong potential for growth. $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Manage the end-to-end client billing process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review matter setup to ensure compliance and correct billing details.
• Submit and track e-bills, resolving any rejections or discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and the collections team to support billing operations.
• Prepare billing forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Serve as the primary resource for all billing-related inquiries.

• 3 years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with billing systems such as Elite or Aderant and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
