We’re partnering with a growing leader in print production and visual communications to hire an experienced Senior Accountant. This role supports a complex, production-driven operation and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth accounting workflows.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Compensation: $100–$120K
Industry: Print Production / Manufacturing
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Brooklyn, NY

- Support monthly/quarterly/annual close, reconciliations & journal entries
- Assist with financial statements and audit documentation
- Help manage AP/AR, billing, payroll, and cost accounting processes
- Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance procedures
- Contribute to financial analysis, modeling, cost reporting & trend reviews
- Partner closely with leadership and support junior accounting staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA track a plus)
- 4–6 years progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and cost accounting skills
- Experience with fixed assets and sales tax
- High attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent organization
