In this role, you will work with a wide variety of prominent and highly successful clients, handling tax planning and review of individual, trust, foundation, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including consolidated and multi-state returns. As a Tax Senior, you will also review federal and state quarterly estimated payments, assist with tax audits, and conduct light research projects. Strong communication skills and a polished demeanor are essential as you will interact with clients, audit managers, and tax staff.

• Reviewing individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns in accordance with firm procedures and policies
• Completing tasks in a timely manner
• Addressing roadblocks by asking appropriate questions and seeking counsel
• Setting effective work assignment priorities
• Ensuring that job execution, documentation, and completion adhere to required policies and procedures
• Producing clear, concise, thorough, and professional‑quality results

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or law
• CPA, MS in Taxation, and/or LLM preferred (or in process)
• Approximately 5 years of experience working in tax for a public accounting firm, or similar industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of GoSystem and/or Pro System is a plus
