• Coordinate with local accountants and tax advisors to support:
• Statutory audits
• VAT/GST compliance
• Local income tax and regulatory compliance
• Assist in corporate quarterly and annual auditors’ reviews with regards to the international reporting, compile PBC files related to US and international audits
• Prepare statutory financial reports and accounts, and work with local entities to bridge statutory financial and tax books to U.S. GAAP
• Play an integral role in the monthly financial close process, which includes, but is not limited to, the below:
• Post various Journal Entries, including cash and expense accruals
• Create and support account reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to verify cost estimates
• Analyze financial information, which includes the preparation of cost fluctuation analyses
• Assist in internal automations and system implementations
• Assist the technical accounting, SEC reporting and revenue team as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Preferred, Certified Public Accountant
• Knowledge of Net Suite or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong Analytical skills and high attention to detail
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• A mix of public and private accounting is preferred
• Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers  estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $68,000 - $129,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
