Our client, a reputable and forward-thinking accounting firm, is seeking a Tax Manager with strong client management skills, tactical leadership ability, and a passion for growing the business. This is a client-facing role for someone who combines technical tax expertise with strategic execution and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for a diverse set of clients, ensuring outstanding service and proactive communication
• Oversee aspects of the client lifecycle including onboarding, tax planning, compliance, and relationship management
• Review and manage tax return preparation (individual, corporate, partnership) using CCH tax software
• Actively contribute to firm growth by identifying cross-service opportunities and nurturing referral relationships

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory
• CPA license required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership, contribute to firm strategy, and help shape future growth
• Familiarity with CCH tax software and cloud-based financial tools
